JustMet AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between you and JustMet AI. If you do not accept them, do not use justmetai.com and do not open a companion chat.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the JustMet AI website and companion chat. "Companion" means a fictional AI character. "Content" means anything sent, generated or displayed inside the Service. "You" means the account holder.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using JustMet AI you confirm this, and that no law where you live prohibits access to adult entertainment services.

4. Nature of the service

JustMet AI provides entertainment. Companions are fictional characters whose appearance, voice and replies are generated. They are not real people, they hold no professional qualification, and nothing they say is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

5. Account creation

An account requires a valid email address, or a sign-in token from a supported provider. You agree that the details you supply are accurate and that you will keep the email address reachable.

6. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access so we can help secure it.

7. One account per person

Each person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared, rented or transferred, and creating duplicate accounts to reuse free allowances is a breach of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Use JustMet AI for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not scrape the site, reverse engineer it, resell access, bypass rate limits, or run automated agents against the chat interface.

9. Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is unlawful, that harasses or threatens a real person, that infringes intellectual property, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that attempts to extract system instructions from a companion.

10. Zero tolerance rules

Any attempt to involve minors in sexual content, to produce non-consensual intimate imagery, or to depict real identifiable people in sexual scenarios results in immediate permanent termination and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.

11. Your content licence

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant JustMet AI a limited licence to store, transmit and process it solely to operate the Service for you, including generating replies and maintaining conversation memory.

12. Generated output

Text, images and voice notes produced during your chats are made available for your personal use. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or unexpected; you are responsible for how you use it. Identical or similar output may be produced for other users.

13. Our intellectual property

The JustMet AI name, logo, interface, design, code, character concepts and marketing material belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

14. Free and paid tiers

The free tier includes a daily allowance of messages and features. Paid tiers extend memory, media and message limits. The current description of each tier at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.

15. Billing and renewal

Paid plans are charged in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The charge date and amount are shown before you confirm a purchase.

16. Cancellation

You may cancel a renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

17. Refunds

Consumed digital content is generally non-refundable. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, or where a technical fault prevented use, contact us and we will assess the request in good faith.

18. Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. Notice is given at least fourteen days before a renewal at the new price, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

19. Taxes

Prices may exclude sales tax, VAT or similar charges, which are applied at checkout according to your billing location.

20. Chargebacks and fraud

Reversing a legitimate charge instead of contacting support may lead to suspension. Payments flagged as fraudulent by our processor can be refused or reversed.

21. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider incidents and events beyond our control may interrupt the Service without notice.

22. Changes to the service

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as JustMet AI develops. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy.

23. Third party services

The Service depends on third party hosting, model inference and payment providers. Their own terms govern their part of the chain, and we are not liable for their independent acts or omissions.

24. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the JustMet AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

25. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or that is used to abuse other users or our staff. Where the situation allows, we explain the reason and give you a chance to respond.

26. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from the interface. Deletion ends this agreement, removes your conversations and settings, and cancels any renewal. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the required period only.

27. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that companion replies will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

28. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustMet AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars where you paid nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify JustMet AI against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from unlawful use of the Service through your account.

30. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first; most issues are resolved quickly by email. If a dispute remains, both sides agree to attempt good faith resolution for thirty days before starting formal proceedings.

31. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the JustMet AI operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

32. General provisions

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it, and you may not assign this agreement without our consent.

33. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top marks the current version, and material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
